Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to any Canada Post location and keep your receipt to track your return until it reaches our warehouse for processing.
